Conditions Specific to New Intake of Reception
– The child must be 4 years old, as of 31st August in the year of enrolment as a student (i.e. for September 2025 admission, the applicant should be 4 years old by 31st August 2025).
– The maximum number of entrants for Reception is 30.

All Applications
– Applications will be completed by parents/guardians via an online form/online application process which the Madrasah will advertise via the Jamaat WhatsApp announcements, social media and all Madrasah portals.
– The admissions window will commence on 18th May 2025 8:00PM and remain open till 15th June 2025 11:59PM

Criteria in order as follows:

1. Members of the KSIMC of Birmingham will be given priority over other applicants: Membership status is the status held with the Jamaat Office.
2. Children who, at the time of admission (Sept 2025), have a sibling who attends Muhammadi Madrasah.
3. First-come at the point of application for any remaining open spaces.

Note: At the point of successful enrolment, you consent to making the payment in full at the given period provided by Muhammadi Madrasah. Failure to do so, Muhammadi Madrasah has the right to refuse admission.

Important:
Muhammadi Madrasah management reserves the right to admission. The decision of the management will be final in this regard.
